About the Role
- Qualified HLTA (or equivalent Level 4) working across Key Stage 1 & 2.
- Deliver support for whole classes, small groups and 1:1 interventions.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation and assessments.
- Support pupils with SEND through structured intervention programmes.
- Supervise breaktimes, outdoor/play activities and transitions.
You'll bring:
- HLTA qualification.
- Proven track record working in KS1/KS2 classrooms supporting curriculum delivery.
- Strong communication skills and positive classroom presence.
- Experience with SEND support strategies and intervention delivery.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and right to work in the UK.
