We are working with a welcoming educational setting in Leicester who are looking for an experienced Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference in the lives of pupils with additional and complex needs.
Ideal Candidate
- MUST have previous experience supporting pupils with complex needs within a school or similar educational setting.
- Have experience supporting children with a range of additional needs.
- Be patient, nurturing, empathetic and resilient.
- Be confident providing 1:1 and small-group support where required.
- Be available to start immediately.
- Be able to commit to a full-time position.
Someone who is passionate about helping every child reach their full potential, can build positive relationships and is committed to creating a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Previous experience working with pupils with complex needs is essential.
Candidates must be available for an immediate start and able to commit to full-time hours.
