We are seeking a committed and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work across a range of inclusive and supportive secondary schools in Lewisham. This is a full-time role, five days per week, ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities- Supporting students with a range of learning needs, both in and out of the classroom
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to implement tailored support strategies
- Promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and independence
- Providing one-to-one and small group support where required
- Previous and relevant experience as a Learning Support Assistant, ideally within a secondary school setting
- Experience supporting students with SEN (such as ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, or SEMH) is highly desirable
- A patient, proactive, and resilient approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Full-time, consistent work (Monday to Friday)
