Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking caring, motivated and reliable Learning Support Assistants (Level 1) to work across a range of friendly and inclusive primary and secondary schools in Northampton. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, stay engaged, and build confidence both academically and socially.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to pupils in lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups.
