SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants to support primary and independent schools in Clapham and nearby areas of Wandsworth and Richmond. This is a flexible supply opportunity supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ideal for candidates looking for part‑time or full‑time work across a range of schools.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide classroom support and help pupils remain engaged with their learning throughout the school day. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Working 1:1 with pupils or in small intervention groups
  • Assisting with literacy and numeracy learning activities
  • Supporting teachers with classroom organisation and lesson delivery
  • Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement
  • Helping maintain a structured and supportive classroom environment

Who We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Tutor, or similar role is beneficial
  • Graduates and university students considering a career in education are encouraged to apply
