We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Blackpool starting March 2026 - July 2026. This isn’t just a "sit-at-the-back-of-the-class" role. You will be the bridge between frustration and breakthrough, working both within the classroom for core subjects and leading bespoke 1:1 sessions outside the classroom to boost self-esteem and academic confidence.

- Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30 - 15:30) Term Time, temporary contract.
- Pay: £13.68 - £13.88 per hour.
