Key Responsibilities: Providing one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them meet their learning goals. Assisting the teacher with planning and delivering lessons. Supporting students with additional needs to ensure they are engaged and included in lessons. Key Requirements: A degree in any subject (essential). A passion for working with young people and supporting their learning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
