About the role
You will be working closely with teaching staff and SEN teams to support students with a range of additional needs, helping them to engage with learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential. Roles may include 1:1 support, small group interventions, and in-class assistance across a variety of subjects.

Requirements
- Previous and relevant experience as a Learning Support Assistant is essential

- A proactive, patient, and resilient approach to supporting young people
