We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Mentor to join our supportive team at a thriving secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting students to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
About the role
- Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for students who need additional help with their learning.
- Work with students to develop confidence, motivation, and effective study skills.
- Help remove barriers to learning by supporting academic, social and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff and parents/carers to ensure students receive the right support.
- Be a positive role model, encouraging resilience, aspiration and success.
