Working within the school's dedicated pastoral and inclusion support team, this role is vital in helping secondary pupils overcome social, emotional, and behavioural barriers and re-engage successfully with their education.

- Building trusting, professional relationships to mentor pupils through emotional regulation, attendance hurdles, and academic pressures.
- Working alongside teaching staff to implement behaviour support plans and track student progress.
- Proven experience supporting secondary-aged young people with challenging behaviour, SEMH, or working within a school/youth mentoring setting.
- High emotional resilience, patience, and exceptional communication skills.
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to process a new one via PAYE).
