We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Behaviour Manager to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school environment across Lambeth on a full-time, 5-day-per-week basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident professional with strong behaviour management expertise who is passionate about supporting young people and creating a positive learning environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting high standards of behaviour, supporting students both academically and emotionally, and working closely with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
The Role:
- Managing and supporting student behaviour across the school
- Implementing behaviour strategies and intervention plans
- Working closely with pastoral and senior leadership teams

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Behaviour Manager or within a similar pastoral/behaviour-focused role in secondary schools
- Strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and safeguarding procedures
- Confidence managing challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and resilient approach
- A degree is preferred
