This Lytham based Primary is dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching learning environment for our students. We believe in investing in the future of education by nurturing new talent through apprenticeship programs. They are currently seeking two candidates to complete a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship, starting in their pre school department before progressing across school year groups over the course of the 18 month qualification. The apprenticeship contract will be direct with the school.
Our training provider:
Blackpool and the Fylde College and Nelson and Colne College Group are two of our college apprenticeship providers. They will provide the training and support you need to achieve your Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, equipping you with the essential skills and knowledge for a successful career in education.
The Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprentice in Blackpool, you will work as part of a team to support the learning and development of students aged 5-16 years. You\'ll gain hands-on experience in the classroom while receiving structured training from your college provider to achieve your Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn and build a rewarding career in education across the Fylde Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons in Blackpool.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
Assisting with the preparation of classroom resources and materials.
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment in Blackpool.
Monitoring and recording student progress.
Supporting student\'s social and emotional well-being.
Participating in training sessions and completing coursework with Pareto.
Following school policies and procedures, particularly those related to safeguarding.
