The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2 or relevant placement experience
- Demonstrates strong curriculum knowledge and effective classroom practice
- Is enthusiastic, organised, and committed to raising attainment
- Has excellent behaviour management and communication skills
- Can create engaging lessons that motivate and challenge pupils
- Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
