Are you an experienced and passionate Key Stage 2 teacher ready to take on a leadership role? Tradewind is delighted to be working with a welcoming and high-achieving Catholic primary school in Watford, Hertfordshire, to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Key Stage 2 Phase Leader from February Half-term. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking school community, where you will play a central role in shaping learning and progress across Key Stage 2. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Key Stage 2 team, supporting teachers and support staff
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement across the phase

- Monitor and evaluate teaching outcomes and contribute to whole-school improvement
