  • Confidence using a range of formative and summative assessment strategies
  • Commitment to inclusive teaching and supporting pupils with SEND or EAL
  • Enthusiastic, organised, and reflective in your teaching practice
  • Ability to work effectively with year group partners, support staff, and SLT
