Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a PE supply teacher or cover supervisor to work at an excellent partnership secondary school in Hull, starting ASAP and lasting on an ongoing basis. This is a temporary position, covering general periods of absence within the school. Payment for this position will be between £140 to £180 per day depending on experience and qualifications. While there are no fixed days, the school uses cover regularly, so there is potential for many shifts.
This role will involve covering a variety of different lessons due to absences within the school. You will be an integral part of the running of the school, ensuring that consistent cover is provided for students. You will forge strong relationships with staff and students. We are primarily looking for someone to operate on a casual basis within the PE department.
Located reasonably centrally within Hull, the school is easy to access from most areas of Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. There is an onsite car park that is free to use for candidates who do drive. The school has a fantastic reputation within the local community and treats their temporary staff extremely well. They are looking for a practitioner to provide regular cover and become part of the fabric of the school. The school is part of a large national academy trust, so experience within this role may lead to further opportunities.

- Have experience working within schools in the UK.
- Have experience supporting within UK schools.
- Have experience working as a teacher.
- Have a PGCE or similar teaching qualification/experience.
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
- CV must cover the full CV history.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
