What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from ECTs who
- Hold (or will achieve before September)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have completed or are completing a secondary teacher training programme.
- Are passionate about delivering engaging, high‑quality lessons.
- Have strong classroom management skills or are eager to develop them.
- Are committed to helping every student achieve their full potential.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
- Are adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic about working in different school environments.
- Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one through Tradewind Recruitment.
- Can provide satisfactory references covering recent education or employment history.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
