Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming primary and secondary schools across the Kettering area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development, including pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The Role:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Providing tailored support to help pupils reach their full potential
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
- SEN experience is highly desirable but not essential
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
