We are currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Kettering that is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to join their team. Role
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
- Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small intervention groups to support learning and progress
- Assisting children with additional learning needs, including SEND, where required
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence, and engagement in learning
- Supporting behaviour management and promoting positive relationships throughout the school
- Assisting with classroom preparation, resources, and displays
- Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
