Role:
- Providing targeted pastoral support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Acting as a key point of contact for students who require additional guidance and encouragement.
- Supporting attendance, punctuality, behaviour, and engagement through proactive intervention and monitoring.
- Working closely with teachers, pastoral leaders, parents, and external agencies to ensure students receive the support they need.
- Assisting with behaviour support strategies and restorative approaches to conflict resolution.
- Supporting students facing social, emotional, behavioural, or wellbeing challenges.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to safeguarding and student welfare processes.
- Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment where all students can thrive.
