The Role
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, your responsibilities will include
- Supervising pupils during lunch breaks in the dining hall and outdoor play areas.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting respectful interactions between pupils.
- Supporting children with their lunchtime routines where required.
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils throughout the lunch period.
- Assisting with minor first aid incidents and reporting any concerns to school staff.
