We are working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Kettering that is seeking to appoint a talented Key Stage 2 Class Teacher on a permanent basis from September 2026. The school is open to experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and offers a supportive environment where both pupils and staff are encouraged to thrive.

The Role- Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Plan, prepare, and assess learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and raise attainment
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and presentation
- Differentiating learning to ensure all pupils can access and enjoy the curriculum
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support pupil outcomes
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school community
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 or successful teaching placements for ECTs
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
