Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality Design Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Teach Design Technology in line with the national curriculum and departmental schemes of work.
- Develop students' creativity, practical skills, and confidence in design processes.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policies.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all students, including those with SEND and additional learning needs.
