About the Impact Academy: Our Impact Academy is Tradewind's dedicated training programme, designed to transform ambitious individuals into confident, capable recruitment consultants. From personalised coaching and hands-on learning to expert mentorship, you'll be supported every step of the way.

In your first 6-9 months, you'll be focused on the candidate side of the business, learning the foundations of successful recruitment:
