Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced consultant to manage an established SEND & Tuition desk currently billing approximately £9,000 per week. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone already working within education recruitment who wants immediate earnings, an established client portfolio and genuine career progression. At least 12 months' experience in Education Recruitment Excellent relationship-building skills Applications from recruiters outside Education Recruitment will not be considered. Managing existing SEND and Tuition school partnerships Building long-term client relationships Visiting schools and education settings Our dedicated support teams manage candidate sourcing, compliance, payroll and administration, allowing you to focus entirely on sales and placements.
