From September, you will join a specialist provision in Irthlingborough on a temp‑to‑perm basis, within a supportive and rewarding environment ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
The provision supports children and young people with a wide range of additional needs and learning differences who require a more personalised and supportive educational setting. Many pupils benefit from smaller class sizes, tailored learning approaches, and additional support to help them engage positively with education and develop confidence both academically and socially. Students may present with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, moderate learning difficulties, communication needs, and social or emotional challenges. The school takes a nurturing and child‑centred approach, with a strong focus on creating a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment where every pupil feels valued and understood.
Responsibilities
