Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate, adaptable and dedicated Teacher to join a specialist provision in Irthlingborough from September. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity within a supportive and rewarding environment, ideal for individuals who are committed to helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

The provision supports children and young people with a wide range of additional needs and learning differences who benefit from a more personalised and nurturing educational setting. Students may present with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, moderate learning difficulties, communication needs, and social or emotional challenges. Responsibilities
