The Role
- Support the Year 2 class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities.
- Deliver targeted interventions for individuals and small groups.
- Encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Assist with the preparation of engaging learning resources and classroom displays.
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within Key Stage 1.
- A positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
