Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a Derby school on a full-time, long-term basis, supporting pupils with ASD and ADHD.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group assistance, helping students access education and build confidence.

Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals, you will implement strategies to support emotional regulation, focus, and engagement, while fostering social skills and independence.
