Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a welcoming secondary school near Coniston to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant for KS3–KS4.

You will support students, work with the SEN coordinator, and help create an engaging learning environment that removes barriers to learning.

Candidates should have experience with young people in education or care settings, a patient approach, and excellent communication.

An enhanced DBS is required or willingness to obtain one.
