We are seeking an enthusiastic and resilient Business Teacher to join a highly supportive Pupil Referral Unit in Redbridge. This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people who require alternative educational provision.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging Business Studies lessons to KS4 students, helping them develop practical skills, confidence and aspirations for their future careers. You will work closely with pastoral teams and support staff to create positive learning experiences for students who may have faced barriers within mainstream education.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Business Studies at KS4
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A nurturing and flexible approach to teaching
- Experience working with vulnerable or disengaged learners is desirable
