Tradewind Recruitment are actively recruiting for a dedicated daily supply teacher in the Hythe area to work in a range of secondary school settings. The role will be flexible and would suit full time or part time hours - daily rate of 135 PAYE!
The role:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
- Manage the behaviour of the students to ensure a positive learning environment
- Ensure you are proactive and engaging the students in their work
- Adapt quickly to different situations and schools depending on the needs for the day
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or previous experience of working with secondary school students
- Passion for education and a commitment to encouraging student success
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in various classroom environments
- Confident in managing classroom behaviour in line with the school behaviour policy
- Be available between 8:15am and 3:30pm on the days you are available for work
- Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- Right to work in the UK
