The Role: Deliver engaging and challenging Humanities lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Plan and prepare lessons that inspire and engage students. Differentiate teaching to meet a range of abilities and learning needs. Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Build positive relationships with students and staff. Contribute to the wider life of the school and department. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience. Strong subject knowledge within Humanities. Experience teaching History, Geography, RE or related subjects. A passion for education and helping students achieve their potential. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. A flexible, enthusiastic, and professional approach. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
