This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is looking for a varied and responsible role supporting staff across multiple school sites. Previous experience working within education is not essential; candidates with a strong HR background from other sectors are encouraged to apply. The successful HR Manager will work closely with senior leaders and the Trust s HR team, providing professional HR advice and guidance across a range of employee-related matters. Key Responsibilities As HR Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing recruitment, selection and induction processes across the Trust. Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and staff. Managing employee relations and case management, including complex and sensitive cases. Supporting and advising on absence and sickness management.
