We are seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused HR Manager to join a school in Northamptonshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified HR professional who enjoys working in a varied role and is confident operating within evolving systems and processes. While previous school-based experience is not essential, candidates must hold a CIPD qualification and be comfortable managing a broad HR remit in a fast-paced, changing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing absence and attendance, including monitoring, reporting, and follow-up
- Coordinating recruitment and onboarding, including adverts, shortlisting, checks, and contracts
- Leading staff induction and training administration, ensuring compliance and accurate records
- Supporting performance management processes and staff wellbeing
- Attending leadership and staff meetings, taking accurate notes and actions
- Maintaining HR systems and personnel records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Supporting policy implementation and HR compliance
- Providing general administrative and organisational support to the senior leadership team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- CIPD qualification (essential)
