SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a specialism in Maths and Science to join a highly supportive Secondary SEN school in Bromley. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people with a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and diagnosed mental health conditions. The school provides a nurturing, therapeutic environment where students are supported to overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally.

The Role:

  • Deliver targeted Maths and Science intervention sessions to small groups and individual students.
  • Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 - 5.
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to provide a holistic approach to student development.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation and classroom management.
  • Build positive relationships with students and support their emotional wellbeing alongside their academic progress.
