Our client, a thriving primary school in Thurrock, is seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their friendly and supportive team. About the Role
- Deliver planned lessons and learning activities across the curriculum
- Support class teachers with whole‑class and small group teaching
- Assist in classroom management to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
- Cover classes when needed, ensuring continuity of learning
- Work closely with teachers and SENCO to support pupils’ progress and development
- Contribute to wider school activities, including planning and assessment
