Our client, a thriving primary school in Thurrock, is seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their friendly and supportive team. About the Role

  • Deliver planned lessons and learning activities across the curriculum
  • Support class teachers with whole-class and small group teaching
  • Assist in classroom management to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
  • Cover classes when needed, ensuring continuity of learning
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCO to support pupils\’ progress and development
  • Contribute to wider school activities, including planning and assessment
