Are you an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) ready to take the next step in your career? A friendly and inclusive primary school in Mitcham is looking for a dedicated HLTA to join their team from September 2025.

Start Date: September 2025
Daily Rate: £100 - £120 (depending on experience)
Role Overview:
- Delivering lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Supporting pupils across a range of year groups
- Leading small group interventions and supporting SEND pupils
- Assisting with planning and assessment where required
- Working closely with teaching staff to raise achievement and engagement
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Previous experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A positive, proactive and flexible attitude
