About the Role
As an HLTA, you will work collaboratively with teachers to raise standards and support our inclusive vision:
- Classroom Leadership: Providing PPA and short-term cover, delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.
- Phonics & Literacy: Supporting our ReadWriteInc delivery to ensure every child becomes a confident reader.
- Holistic Support: Working alongside our Nurture Team to implement the six principles of nurture within the classroom.
- Interventions: Leading specific learning activities and adapting resources to meet the diverse needs of our pupils.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled practitioner who:
- Holds a Level 3 or 4 qualification (or is an ECT).
- Is passionate about reading for pleasure and inclusive education.
- Is proactive, organised, and able to lead a whole class with confidence.
- Is committed to their own professional development and the well-being of every student.
