The Role As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning throughout the school.
Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality lessons and learning activities across EYFS and KS1.
Providing classroom cover and supporting pupils in the absence of the class teacher.
Working closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences.
Supporting children s academic, social and emotional development.
Leading small group interventions to help pupils make progress.
Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and families.
