About the Role

  • As a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting pupils with diverse additional needs (including ASC, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties).
  • Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to ensure all pupils can access the curriculum.
  • Implementing specialised education and behaviour plans alongside the SENDCo and class teachers.
  • Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where students feel confident.
  • Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on student progress to help them reach their full potential.
