Your Role

  • Supporting personalised learning activities
  • Working with pupils on communication and interaction
  • Helping develop functional and practical skills
  • Supporting sensory and emotional regulation
  • Encouraging independence and appropriate decision-making
  • Assisting with physical development and motor activities
  • Supporting access to literacy and phonics
  • Working with pupils individually and in small groups

  • Liaising with teachers and other professionals
  • Maintaining a safe, supportive and consistent environment
