Support pupils with complex additional needs to build communication, confidence, independence and skills for adulthood. This opportunity in High Wycombe involves supporting pupils aged 7-19 with complex cognitive, communication, sensory and physical needs within specialist education.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work alongside teaching staff to:

- Support pupils with sensory and emotional needs
- Assist with physical and practical activities

- Work consistently with teachers and other professionals
The setting uses approaches including SCERTS, Intensive Interaction, Attention Autism, Low Arousal, Little Wandle Phonics and Rebound Therapy. Candidates do not need experience in every approach but should be willing to follow established strategies.
