Location - March, Cambridgeshire

Working across 2 schools with the same trust

Daily rate - 95-110 depending on experience

Pay - Weekly PAYE (No umbrella deduction)

Start date - April 2026

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced high level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and forward‑thinking school trust in March, Cambridgeshire area. This role is offered exclusively through Tradewind Recruitment and provides an excellent opportunity to work across two welcoming schools with strong leadership and good rated Ofsted.

The Role: As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across both schools. This will include delivering pre‑planned lessons, supporting small groups and whole classes, and working closely with teachers to enhance pupil progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lessons in absence of the class teacher.
  • Support students across a range of abilities.
  • Assist with planning and preparation of learning activities.
