Tradewind Recruitment are working with a multi form entry primary school in Edgbaston who are looking for a Level 6 practitioner to lead their Nursery Provision. The school have very high expectations for all their pupils irrespective of their starting points, and their dedicated and hardworking staff are fully committed to giving their children the opportunities they deserve. All their staff are very proud of working in such a nurturing and inclusive school.

The school aims to inspire a passion for learning and success in all that they do, and together with parents and carers, each child is encouraged to follow this principle. They believe that to prepare children for the future, they are entitled to the best quality first education, combined with excellent pastoral care to ensure that all children fulfil their potential.

The school have a small Nursery and are looking for a level 6 professional to lead their nursery (not QTS). Nursery experience is essential for this role as you will need solid knowledge of the EYFS framework.

For this role you will be able to:

  • Demonstrate excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to articulate a clear vision for the through school and support positive relationships across the Trust.
