Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming secondary school in Nailsea, North Somerset, for an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their ASD Resource Base.
The role focuses on supporting pupils with autism within both specialist and mainstream provision.
The HLTA will deliver small-group lessons, adapt plans, contribute to IEP/EHCP processes and plan with staff to drive progression and inclusion for students with diverse needs.
