The Role
As a Secondary Teacher working with Tradewind Recruitment, you'll deliver engaging lessons that inspire students and make a positive impact on their learning. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student can succeed.
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
- Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and promote positive learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children and young people.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within UK secondary schools (ECTs are encouraged to apply).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A flexible, professional and enthusiastic approach.
- A genuine passion for education and helping young people reach their full potential.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
- The right to work in the UK.
