✨Showcase Your Patience and Enthusiasm
During the interview, be ready to share examples of how you've demonstrated patience and enthusiasm in previous roles. Think of specific situations where you successfully engaged with children, particularly those with special educational needs. This will help the interviewers see you as a great fit for their nurturing environment.

Since the role involves sensory-based learning, prepare to discuss strategies you've used or would use to engage a child through sensory activities. Bring ideas to the table that align with the school's vision of helping the pupil flourish academically and socially.
✨Build Rapport with the Interview Panel
