About the School

The new Headteacher will have the full support of a thriving and growing Multi-Academy Trust and the staff at the school in leading positive change. The Role

We are seeking an inspiring, experienced, and visionary Head Teacher to lead the school into its next phase of growth and achievement. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensure high-quality teaching and learning, and foster a safe, nurturing, and ambitious school culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong strategic and instructional leadership across the school
  • Lead, motivate, and manage teaching and support staff
  • Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement
  • Oversee curriculum implementation and assessment practices
  • Manage school operations, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Promote student wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusive practices
  • Build positive relationships with parents, governors, and external stakeholders

Person Specification

  • Hold a recognised teaching qualification and relevant leadership certification
  • Have proven experience in a senior leadership role within a school
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Have a strong understanding of curriculum development and school improvement
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Show vision, integrity, and a passion for education
